Prologue of a story written by me

SECRETS

  (Prologue)   Suddenly...Dreadfully...She awakes from her slumber...What has happened?Something bad has happened . NO- nothing has happened.It was only the rooster,being as loud as it possibly can ,making her bed tremble.Leaves flutter past the window,up and away; down in the avenue a whole group of cows walk by like a lost puppy.It is chilly-summer is over-it is autumn    now-everything is ugly.The pigs run by falling side to side;two horses gallop along with their moms and dads.Their tail flies out in the wind . A white small dog with three legs barks in the front of the house.Its all over! What is ? Oh everything . Mother is talking to john and grandma in the hallway.  

    

     The face of the young boy ,John was cherry red , neither laughing not happy , though in his eyes was sadness.His hair was as brown as the Hudson river and apun it was the bright beaming lamp.His eyes were watery and red.John was like this because hes had a secret that his mom and grandma Gloria has found out,the secret was horrible.

    Right next to him is a old lady ,her face as bright red with anger.She is the 85 old lady that reminds me of my grandma up close she looked to be 90. She has dark brown eyes and satiny brown skin and stands tall up on her feet with her arms fully extended to her sides, as if ready to cry at the slightest sound.Its impossible to think that she is not heartbroken ….   

 

  

Breaking Barriers (mystory)

There are many unexpected things in life.In my  12 years of living I know as a fact that I’ve went through a lot of unexpected throughtout my life.One unexpected thing in my life was when i did  a round-off back-handspring.I had a lot of fear doing this tumble.My gymnastics teacher had a lot of confidents in me.I just needed the determination,and I need the courage from other.

             Almost everybody can do one its just your mind thinks you can’t.A round off back hand spring is pretty easy its just a round off and then a back handspring.I worked and worked for many years to go this task, it takes a lot of courage and determination to believe in yourself.

            My gymnastics teacher told me he was going to spot me first, so I ran and hurdle up in the air and did my round off than it was time for the backhandspring.I go too do it,and I did it!When I finished he said,’’why did I need his help?’’ I did it all by myself!I got a high five and he told me to do it again by myself,and I did it!Everyone was so proud of me,he knew I could have done it.

          Too this very day I still have my roundoff backhandspring and its so much fun to do and it comes so easy too me.I had the determination and I know have the commitment and excellence now.And now I have the confidence to do every tumble and I'm not afraid anymore all you need to succeed is the determination,courage,and excellence to do what you believe you can do.

               So,this is my unexpected expirience in my life.Im so glad I faced my fear it was all just built all inside my head.Now,I do my roundoff back-handspring and every time I succeed I think of my gymnastics teacher saying,’’I knew you could have done it.”

Let me go to the mall every friday!

Dear Madre,

       You are the best Madre any kid can ask for.I get all my prettiness from you.I love taking selfies with you in the car all the time,thats good cause I hate taking selfies with other people besides me.Thank you for taking you time to read this wonderful letter.I would like to propose the idea that I can be given the chance to go to the mall every Friday with my friends, with no adult but, the adult will always be somewhere in the mall.There are many reason why going to the mall every friday is a wise choice.First,going to the mall every friday will teach me responsibility,I need to be more social with people, and it will teach me to handle money.In conclusion thats all the reasons why I think I deserve to go to the mall every friday.

    First reason why I think I deserve to go to the mall, It will teach me responsibility.The way it will teach me responsibility is I will listen more to people, follow rules, and respect their property.When a adult tells me not to do something I won't do it.I will follow all rules at the mall. Last but not least I will respect all property,clothing,Couches,and People.

    Second reason why I think I should be able to go to the mall every friday is I need to be more social with people.What I mean by that is I think I should be able to hang out with friends more. You should be able to trust me because the people I hang out with always have their parents with them in the mall somewhere.

    The third reason why I think I deserve to go to the mall every Friday.Is it teaches me responsibility with money.I can learn not to spend the money on stupid little objects.I can use it for cloths, makeup, hair products, and last but not least… Starbucks.I only get Starbucks because you dont give me enough money to get Starbucks because I cant get anything else besides that.

    Next,you said I couldn't go because there are too many fights there.I totally understand that you don't want me to get hurt, but i can take care of myself and how do you know I will get involved into the fights.You also said that people steal.I understand people steal, however, you should be able to trust me,After saying that you said, that you don't want to drive me, or give me money.I understand you don't want to drive after work but you can drive me and have someone take us home after the mall closes, so you can relax without children in the house other than Ginger and you said you didn't want too give me money any more but you can give me $25 every other week,I can also work for the money,maybe do some chores around the house for $5 a day,so I can clean certain things a day and it can be a lot for only $5.Plus even know my room is never clean,I can clean it every Friday morning.I know my friends get kicked out , but I don't and I only hang out with the people that are good, mostly girls.Next, you said I start being fresh and you don't trust me.Well, maybe you should trust me in life and plus I deserve to be trusted and Im sorry I start being fresh you never let me hang out with people when I want too and it gets annoying personally.And I don't hang out with the wrong people,I hang out with my friends.Last but not least, you said No!I understand you said No but I deserve and work hard to be able by the end of the school week too hang out with my and be a kid again.I work so hard the entire week and you don't reward me.I always get my homework done and keep my grades up, so I think I deserve to have at least a little fun and be a kid again.

     In conclusion,that is all my reasons why I think I deserve too go too the mall every friday.My 3 reasons I had was,it will teach me responsibility,it will teach me too be more soacial with people, and it will teach me too respectful too objects and people.

Ben Brewers Case

  Most people would feel silly wearing a band t-shirt,but not Ben Brewer.He thought he looked awesome.However,as soon as he stepped foot in the building,he got in trouble because no can wear band t-shirts to school.According to the teachers,band t-shirts caused disruption. Plus the rule states, no band t-shirts are to be worn during school hours.So, Ben Brewer did break the rule,when he wore the bs because the shirts did caused disruption.

     First,the band t-shirts caused disruption during class.The class was talking so much,she had to ask them to stop.Even though she got through the lesson her class knows once the bell rings its time for class.In fact in a different class a teacher had to do a mean glare at tim because tim was making mean faces at joe because of the shirts joe was wearing.In contrast,band t-shirts did   cause disruption during classes.

     Second,band t-shirts caused disruption between classes.Although,there was a fight in the hall it almost made a teacher late to his class.In fact,during luch bobby was singing and lisa told him to stop because he was bad at singing,but bobby didnt know that and got mad because he thought lisa did like his taste in music.However,aylassa got threatened and there were more than one fight in the hallway.

     Even though, Ben’s t-shirt wasn't the exact t-shirt that caused disruption,it was others but they still put a end to the t-shirts.Therefore, ben did violate the rule,when he wore his t-shirt to school and refused to turn it inside out.

Eleanor Roosevelt quote

As Eleanor Roosevelt said,”You must do the thing, you think you cannot do.”I’ve been living on this quote forever.This quote means that even though you can't do something you can always try and learn it.Too the meaning of the world it's different.Too the meaning of the world it means if you can't do something, you must at least try and don't ever give up.What Eleanor Roosevelt said is very important because a lot of people in life give up and in this quotes is perfect for that.Why give up when you never even really tried?

This quote can be related to me because, I'm a gymnast and have a bad knees so I can barely do anything But, I always try and never gave up.Right now I'm learning a roundoff back handspring.It's really hard for me because you have to use so much power in your legs and I can't do that. But I’ll always try my hardest.I try all the time and won't give up. Yes, sometimes I fall and get hurt but I just keep on working harder.

This quote can be related to the world because,everyday is a obstacle and if you just say I can't then how are you going to try new things.Everyday people think that they can't do something, but in the end they end up being able to do it.People always say ,” i can't do that,” but in the end they end up doing it perfectly. People all around the world should always try new things and if they don't succeed keep on trying.

As, I said above Eleanor Roosevelt said ,” you must do the thing, you think you cannot do.”There are a lot of different meanings too this quote. This quote is perfect to describe athletes because they always think they can't do something and when they try it, they do it perfectly. This quotes can explain a lot of people . And, when you stuck and want to give up. Think of what Eleanor Roosevelt once said,” You must do the thing, you think you cannot do.

The most beautiful goddess of  all is Aphrodite.She is the goddess of Love and beauty.Born from the foam of the sleep.Is married to Hephaestus.Her roman name is Venus.She was well known around Mount. Olympus.

Aphrodite is my favorite goddess because she is very beautiful and kind from the myths that I know.I would respect this god because i wouldnt want her to make me ugly for not respecting her.Her greatest strength is no fear her weakness is love.

Cries of death swirled around the hot summer air in central park,New York.Pandora has received a gift from Hermes the messenger of the gods.With the curiosity pandora has she opened the box when she was told not to.Releasing a bunch of dark spirits too taunt humans.The worst of all was the ruler of the underworld, Hades.Hades is the darkest spirit you will know.We saw a little girl on scene and she told us, “People screaming of being frightened, children losing their parents, and the worst summer vacation ever.’’ the young girl told us franticly.So, there you have it people screaming, being frightened,

children losing their parents, and the worst summer vacation ever.If i were you i would

stay inside with your doors locked.

Down A dark Hall

First, kit got accept into black wood and was really excited to go.Until she found out her best friend wasn't gonna be there cause she wasn't accepted in.She arrives 1 day in advance so there was no other girls there, but she met her teachers Madam Duet , Jules, and Professor Farley.Next day she meets a girl named sandy and shows her to her room.Than someone is coming up the driveway, the girls look out the window and 2 other girls get out of the car with there suit cases.But, kit notices something the gates were closing there were only 4 students in black wood.After a few weeks Lynda started drawing and it was amazing. One night while kit was writing a letter to her best friend she hears and scream from sandy s room.She gets up and opens the door to feel a cold breeze it her, with a dark figure standing in front of the bed.Lynda makes her very first painting and signs it T.C. The next night sandy finds out the dark figures name is Ellis and she writes poetry.Than Ruth starting doing math problems she didn't even know was possible.And kit kept on waking up with just her fingers in pain.Until one day she woke up at the piano with Jules sitting next to her.She demanded to know everything form that point and on.

My opinion on this book is alot of different things.But, what did I liked was how she alwyas ended each chapter with a cliff hanger.What i didnt like was how she ended the book in a cliff hanger.Now there are so many questions.Did Kit make it home?What happened to the rest of the girls?Does Jules and Kit have a relationship going? But we can never answer them.I would reccomend this book to my friends because its really insterging and the cliff hanger make you want to read more.

I think the theme of the poem is like he is trying to say if it cant happen in real life there is a chance  you can dream about it.Yes, I like this poem because I cant do  a lot of stuff and at least at night I can dream.I can dream of being the best cheerleader/gymnast/softball player ever to do those sports.I think I can relate best to this poem is with gymnastics.Gymnastics is with balance and concentration and its harder than you think.I think the poet was happy when he wrote this because of the title A Dream.

Who inspires me?

Introduction

In the story I just read, the author was inspired by Jeremy Lin.He was inspired by him because in the texts it stated," Jeremy Lin was a bench warmer and when a couple of guys got hurt the coach threw him in the game. He was amazing, he made 25 points,5 reb., 7 assist, and 2 steals.I'm personally inspired by, Gabby Douglas.If you don't know who she is well she is the Olympic Gold Medalist for the 2013 summer Olympics.Gabby is 18 years old and her birthday is December 31,1995.So that means she was 17 when she won the Gold medal at the summer Olympics.

Opinion

My opinion on Gabby Douglas is that she came from a bad place and she worked hard and had a dream that she one day accomplished. When she was little she knew hoe to many tumbles and one day at her gymnastics gym she saw a sign, that said Lang chow coming to our gym.When she found out she ran home to tell her mom at first her mom said no and finally  she said yes.Gabby went and learned to a armor arm. which is hard.She wanted to go to Ohio with lang chow to learn more.When they found a place for her to stay they let her go, and she trained with lang chow.That story I just told you about was her not giving up, she rose up to the challenge. Her family didn't have alot of money but then still helped her get to the Olympics and she finally got there in 2013 and brought home a Gold Medal of first place.

Cameron Dallas is a vine and you tuber.He is in Magcon Tours.He maybe one of the best people at Magcon. He is funny,cute,and very kind to others.Cameron Dallas has been with Magcon for a long time now.His best friend is Nash Gier ,Nash is also in the Magcon family.Cameron is about 17 or 18.

Opinion

My opinion on Cameron is that he is cute and hilarious. I'm so glad he is apart of the Magcon Family.He recently cut his foot and had to go to the hospital and when i saw the video i cried.He was in so much pain.He has been part of Magcon for a while now.

Is Technology messing with your brains?

 

      Would you rather be smart or technological?Some people pick being technological always on there phone 24/7.People these days are debating weather or not if technology is messing with your brain.I say No because, the electronic can help with the homework you have,parents should take the electronic until all work is done,and kids deserve to have a break from school and go on electronics for fun.

First,electronics can help you with your homework by giving you a a calculator to check your work.You might have to text someone in you group so you have the information on how to do something.Sometimes you have homework on your computer and need to be able to use the computer whenever you can.

Second,Parents should be able to take there electronic.That means until all there work is done and correct and they would want to use there electronic,So, don't give it back until its done.It will help them learn important first fun second.I personally follow that rule but I love school so either way I get my homework done.

Last but not least,kids deserve a break from working in school all day and than having to go home and do homework.I say if kids have to work hard all day at least let them have a little fun when they get home for at least an hour.I mean like were kids lets have fun!

My opinion on Demi Lavato is she shouldn't listen to anyone else she is perfect the way she is.Honestly, I think she is amazingly gougess and any one would be jealous of her cause honestly im jealous of her. I'm glad she follows her dreams no matter how hard they are.She always keeps trying. Personally her knew song,''Let it go'', is perfect and i cant stop listening to it.All her music is perfect.I hope she never gives up and she will be better and better.

Florence Nightingale

Introduction-

Florence Nightingale was born May 12,1820,in Florence,Italy.Her parents were Frances and William Shore Nightingale.She was he youngest out of 2 sisters.From a very young age,Florence Nightingale was active in Philanthropy,ministering to the ill and poor people in the Village.When Florence finally got the guts to approach her parents and told them she wanted to be a nurse,they both said they were not pleased.In fact they said they were going to forbid her for being a nurse.As she grew older she would treat her dolls as people and treat them.When she wasn't a child anymore she got a letter in late 1854.Ms. Nightingale received a letter from the Secretary of War Sidney Herbert, asking her to organize a corps of nurses to tend for the sick and fallen soldiers in the Crimea.While she was there,she would walk around at night treating all the patients. The patients called her,"Lady with the Lamp."Florence Nightingale decided to use the money for a cause.In 1860 Florence Nightingale gave the money to St. Thomas hospital and within it, the nightingale training school for nurses.There are alot of interesting facts on Florence Nightingale, but i only picked 3. 3 facts i picked on Florence nightingale was, She followed her dream and became a amazing nurse.She got a training hospital for nurses.She is a great in inspiration to nurses everywhere.everywhere. Florence Nightingale died, 2 pm Saturday,August 13, at her home in London.

Florence Nightingale had many quotes.I picked my 3 favorite quotes of hers.One quote I picked was,"The very first requirement in a hospital is that it should do the sick No harm."The second Quote i picked was, "The world is put back by the death of everyone who has to sacrifice the development of his/her peculiar gifts to  conventionality."The last quote i picked from the wonderful Florence Nightingale was,"So never lose an opportunity of urging a practical beginning,however small,for its wonderful how often in such matters  the mustard-seed germinate and roots itself."So those are my favorites quote cause it shows how much she worked to become  nurse.

Achievements

Florence Nightingale had many achievements.One achievement is, Florence Nightingale received money for her good work and she held onto the money and when the time was right she decided to use the money for a cause.In 1860, she funded the money to St. Thomas hospital, and within it. the Nightingale Training School for nurses.Which was very sweet because that was the first training school for nurses ever built.The other Achievement was, Is even know her parent disagreed with the idea of hers of being a nurse she still followed her dream and look at her now she is a inspiration to nurses everywhere.I would have listened to why parents but  she didn't and now she is remembered by many people.The last achievement is her entire goal was too save lives and she did.I think she is amazing for wanting to save lives, some people don't care and it gets me mad when people don't care about anything besides themselves.

My opinion on this topic is i don't understand why she wanted to get out of being a kids rock star , she could have been a inspiration to a bunch of little kids.But now she cant because she is acting bad and inappropriate .Some people hate Miley Cyrus now but not me ill never be able to hate Miley i will never understand why she is acting like this no one will but her but just remember the old her and just go with her life she gets to control it not anyone.Personally i miss the old Miley Cyrus but now i feel like her music is alot better than before.When this was first happening i didnt know what was going on, i said to myself that i wasnt gonna care about her anymore or listen to her music. but now look at me i love her music more than anything.

Who is your valentine?

 

 Introduction

On this beautiful, happy day everybody all around celebrates valentines day on February 14.That day all started because of one man that fell in love with jaiors daughter.That man was named Valentine, he was a kind man but went to jail. When he was there the jailors daughter would visit him. The day befroe he knew he was going to die he wrote a letter and signed it ,"From you Valentine", and than he died.

 

Opinion

Personally i think that valentines day is the best day ever.I love seeing people smiling and holding hands with the people they love.I think that's even know you aren't in love you will find someone and if you don't you have you best friends like I have mine.You may think after you find love and you lost it you will never get love back, you will it will feel so much better and happier.

Introduction

Shawn John is beam gold medalist and all around silver medalist. Mrs. Johnson became a team member on the U.S senior team in 2007.She is the 3 time U.S all round champion, won once as a junior and twice as a senior.senior. A little about Shawn Johnson is her nick name was peanut or bubbly,she represented the U.S . Her years on was 2004-2008,2011. On June 3 2012 Johnson ended her comeback for the 2012 Olympic team and retired because continuing problems with her left knee.

Opinion
In my eyes Shawn Johnson is inspirational on how she went to the Olympics when she was 12 in 2008.I know a bunch of gymnast and they are amazing like her. I hope before she gets too old she should go back tot the Olympics at least one more year. She was so young and i think she deserves to be able to go back to the Olympics to give her something to remember .
